Welcome to PPS. We want to introduce you to some of our Company Conditions of Employment before you fill out
your application.

As a prerequisite of employment with PPS, you must understand and be willing to accept the following conditions and regulations:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • At a minimum, you must possess a High School Diploma. Some college is preferred.
  • You must obtain a Guard Permit from the state in which you apply where we have offices (If there is no office in your state then you must be licensed in the State of California) and successfully complete all training by the state and by PPS Inc.
  • When submitting this application, you must have (and maintain at all time while working for PPS Inc.) a Passport, Driver's License, and telephone (non reimbursable).
  • Applicants hired for driving positions will be required to provide PPS with a clean DMV printout.
  • You must wear the complete PPS Inc. uniform. You must provide and wear while on duty: DARK SOCKS, BLACK SHOES and/or TACTICAL BOOTS, TAN TACTICAL PANTS, BLACK SUIT, BLACK DRESS SHIRT, and a WHITE CREW NECK T- SHIRT (if wearing an open neck shirt)
  • Be capable of performing the essential functions of the job (with or without reasonable accommodation), including, but not limited to: standing or walking for an 8-12 hour shift, climbing stairs or ladders, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs., running, and self-defense.
