Agent Duties Acknowledgement

As a PPS Inc. agent, you must be willing and able to complete any/all of the following tasks in an acceptable professional manner:

  • Standing, walking or sitting for, at least, up to a full shift (depending on the assignment)
  • Kneeling or bending as necessary
  • Working indoors or outdoors, and as such, in cold or hot environments
  • Operating vehicles for patrol, shuttle or traffic management as necessary
  • Working under pressure and maintaining professional composure at all times
  • Complying with PPS Inc. agent appearance and grooming standards, including but not limited to:
    • Concealing all tattoos while on duty in accordance with the PPS Inc. uniform policy
    • Arriving to work properly groomed in accordance with PPS Inc. policy
    • Ensuring head hair is proper, neatly combed and well maintained
  • Exercising the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism when assisting clients, patrons and visitors
  • Reading, writing and communicating effectively and with ease in English and/or any other requiredlanguages (depending on the assignment)
  • Passing unannounced drug screenings
  • Taking proactive steps to observe for possible security concerns, or safety hazards, identify and reportissues in a timely
  • Making notifications via phone, email or radio to the appropriate parties as necessary
  • Warning violators of the site’s rules and deescalate conflicts when necessary
  • Managing access to entrances and exits
  • Ensuring no unauthorized items are brought onsite by visitors or taken offsite without the proper permission
  • Investigating incidents and writing detailed reports
  • Following orders and instructions given, within company guidelines, by the client or supervisor
