180-Day Probation

All employees are subject to a 180-day probationary period in effect as of the date of hire. For the first 180 days, employees retain an on-call status must comply with ALL company rules and regulations. Should an employee deviate from company policy at any time during these 180 days, in part or in whole, or fail to complete his/her duties in a timely and satisfactory manner, PPS Inc. reserves the right to terminate the employee’s employment. At the end of the 180-day probationary period, should the employee comply with all company requirements, regulations and expectations, terms for further employment (part time or full time) will be open for discussion.
